Updated 23.02.2021
Following the Government’s announcement on 22 February, we regret to say that all holidays prior to 12 April 2021 are cancelled. We have emailed everyone affected, offering to either move or refund your holiday. If you have not received your email please check your junk folder or call us as soon as possible.
We are now accepting bookings from Monday 12 April onwards, in line with current Government advice.
Current government guidelines direct single households only from 12 April.
From 17 May, two households while ‘The rule of six’ could still apply.
And from 21 June all restrictions will hopefully be relaxed.
Please note, all these dates are subject to change in line with government guidance.

A self-drive narrowboat holiday is the perfect getaway during these unusual times. Your boat provides a self-contained floating holiday home, allowing you to spend quality times with your friends and family whilst discovering Britain’s beautiful Inland Waterways.
We understand in these unsettled times you may have some reservations about booking a holiday, so we have updated our terms to help you book with confidence.
If your holiday can’t go ahead due to COVID-19 / Government restrictions, we’ll be in touch to offer you the following options;
1.Transfer to another date in 2021 or 2022 (If the price of your new holiday is more you would need to pay the difference.)
2. If you do not know your dates, we can hold your money to use later in 2021 or 2022
3. Cancel your booking and receive a full refund (If Government advice prohibits you from taking your holiday).
If you are travelling from overseas / areas outside of the UK:
If travel restrictions are put in place by your Government or the UK Government (such as quarantine periods etc.) and you are unable to travel either from your country or you are unable to enter the UK, then we will offer you the opportunity to transfer your booking to a different date in 2021 or 2022, or we will arrange a full refund.
Contracting Covid -19
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for all other risks
